We reserve the right to add, remove or modify products, product specifications, pricing and availability from time to time.

Such minor differences do not necessarily constitute a defect.

3. Pricing

All product prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during the ordering process.

For COD orders, the applicable shipping charge is currently ₹99.

For prepaid orders, shipping is currently free.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order may be cancelled or declined in circumstances including:

Suspected fraudulent activity
Incomplete customer information
Delivery restrictions

If we cancel a prepaid order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded through the appropriate payment method.

5. Cash on Delivery Orders

Customers may cancel COD orders before dispatch.

Once a COD order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be accepted.

Repeated refusal of COD deliveries or suspected misuse of COD services may result in restrictions on future COD availability, subject to applicable law.

6. Payment

We may offer prepaid payment methods and Cash on Delivery, depending on product, location and availability.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information required to complete their order.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible returns are generally limited to products that are:

Damaged
Defective/non-functional
Incorrectly delivered
Missing essential parts/accessories

DashKart does not offer change-of-mind returns.

8. Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed delivery deadlines and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
